Dual AMD server

I am looking fora dual AMD server (either Athlon MP or Opteron) that is hosted in the Chicago Equinix datacenter. Monthly budget is from $200 - $250 with a setup cost of no more than $50 (unless the monthly cost is on the lower side of the monthly budget). I am flexible on the server's other specs such as hard drive, memory, etc. For connection I am looking for a metered plan around 1000GB/monthly with a 100mps port.
