Dedicated Server Canada

Hey all I own a small computer company up here in north western Ontario and I'm looking for a Canadian hosting provider, with a Canadian data center (the closer to me the better) that I can get a dedicated server from. The catch is they have to allow IRC.

I've looked all over and unable to find anything, any help is appreciated.

Have any specific configuration requirement of your dedicated server.
