High Traffic Unmetered EU Dedicated Image Server Wanted

I need a unmetered dedicated image server. I will be burning from 3000 - 8000 GB per month for the thumbs alone. I run 5 high traffic adult link list type sites very similar to thehun.net or madthumbs.com so if it is better for you to pm me about this then feel free to do so.

I would have used my current EU host of 2 years but they simply can't provide me with a price that's fair to both of us. I will never leave them because their service is that good.
If you can provide a high level of service, I will never leave you either.


Please, no DCs in Germany

Here are the specs:

Dual P4 2Ghz or higher
or equivalent AMD CPU
2 GB Ram/ min 1GB upgradable
2 x 100 - 200 GB HDs
at least 20 mbps unmetered upgradable to 100 mbps

mrtg and awstats are pluses

Only other software needed is apache and some type of firewall/security system
No cpanels or any other unnecessary resource hogs please, this is just for images only.
I don't like setup fees but if the price is right I'm open to up to 2 months advanced payment.
Looking to spend between $100 to $400 USD per month
Please provide download tests with your replies.
