intel quadcore i7 or like that for example 2Xquad xeon (core i7 is better)
6 gb or 8gb ram (8 gb or more is better)
1500 gb hdd at least 1000 gb
4000 gb good bw for asia and world
(most of my visitors are from asia)
100 or 1000 mb port
management service and ddos and security(i dont know anything about server
management)
ftp backup space (about 50 gb) + reboot port and monitoring 24x7free
directadmin free
transfer and migration
monthly budget $100
i can pay setup fees too about 250 or 300 dollars

It is impossible to get what you want with your budget. Not to mention other requirements you need like backup, management, control panel all these sorts of things, $100 can't even get you an i7 with 3GB of RAM and maybe an IDE drive. For your requirement, I'll advise you to raise your budget to around $350-$500.
