I think planning and cost effectiveness are the 2 crucial factors to be kept in mind while creating a data center... and this was good learning from this post. Thanks

I would say ...
keep it simple, flexible, scalable, and modular and think of density rather than floor space.

I was wondering ... just anybody a checklist for data center. can u share it with us.

This is just like the same as with in starting up a business, so proper planning is very much needed here. If you are sure that you'd like to set-up a data center, then make sure that you are not going to skip any of these factors/tips/guidelines.

- Proper planning and analization (includes the architectural structure and all)
- good location (includes the weather factor and if it is accessbile)
- electricity, wiring and backup tools
- cost effectiveness
- investment
- time/time scheduling
- ventilation
- maintenance team and tools

Having the right tools
Good cable management
and lots of duc tape just kidding but velcro tie straps are nice to have around

Data Centre is like a project , Project Needs Planning, Time , Budgeting, Scheduling, Controlling . So anybody who want to have Data Centre He or she Must consider the points mentioned above.
