I am new to this forum. I have a query , appreciate if any one could give some pointers or materials addressing the same.
I am interested to know what is the regulation with respect to hosting IT infrastructure functions for the offshore banking business. (Ie offshore banking business operating under juridisction of offshore locations like swiss, channel islands, luxmbrg etc.). What functions have to be necessarly hosted within the jurisdiction and what can be done outside ? (eg Email, Application ,printing etc)
