Default Always have a good Database Administrator!

When you hire someone as your Database Administrator, you may want to first test their skills. Some do not understand many of the newer programs and you may lose a lot of important information. It is worth hiring someone who really knows what they are doing.

tat goes without saying. when you are dealing with a data center, there is a lot of data that is very vital to a company. you will need someone who can monitor the place effectively. it is also a big responsibility and involves round the clock availability in case of an emergency.
