I wanted to come on here and say how impressed I have been with Alnitech's network and support over the last 7 months that I have been with them. I haven't had any downtime in the past 7 months and their support has been quick and very accommodating for all of my upgrade/modification requests. The IPMI/iKVM that is included with their servers and runs on a separate network has been a huge help for the few times that I have needed it because of Windows Server update issues. Seven months ago I went on a quest to find a host that had great peering (especially with Time Warner Cable) and after testing 8 different hosts, Alnitech was the one that I picked. I am very happy with my decision.

Alnitech Dedicated Servers - 3 Month Review
I've had been with Alnitech.com Dedicated Servers for around 3 months and thought I'd like to share my experience with them. Due to various difficulties with my previous host, I chose to move to a new Dedicated Server company.

I need a Dedicated Server with good reliability, speed, uptime and of course support (if ever needed). I shopped around with several host and ended up choosing Alnitech due to the responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness of the Alex (Sales) at Alnitech. He able to provide me a custom server that suited my needs at a reasonable price. He was very informational and expanded to me that Alnitech only uses Enterprise/Server grade compenents and that the server came with IPMI 2.0 and DRAC.

The server setup was done on the same day after a few hours which was really fast to my standard. The setup was smooth without any problems. Although they did not provide CPanel/WHM licenses with their servers (which I needed), there were more than happy in assisting me to setup the prerequisite needed for WHM. Therefore installing WHM/CPanel went without a hiccup and was a breeze.

I've only had to contact support during the initial setup of the server, and they were really quick, helpful and responsive. I haven't had to contact them for anything else since the server ran so smooth without any issues.

During the 3 months that I've been with them so far I have yet to experience any downtime or hardware failure. The server still runs very smooth and I'm expecting to stay with Alnitech for the lifespan of the projects/websites that I run on the server.
