Default Need Colo for 1 rack now, 4 racks within a year

I need a colo or just to dedicated servers configured to my needs.

That’s why I post it both in Colo and Dedicated requests forums. If it is not ok, mods, feel free to delte my post in one of the forums.

I want all my servers:

1. to be connected in the private network.
2. to have KVM access. KVM/IP + ordinary extended cascading switch is ok
3. to have a remote reboot port.
4. to have a good ping times both from US and Europe. Please provide ip/ips for tests.

I ready to discuss both dedicated or colo options.

I. In case of the dedicated option I will need the following servers:

Config #1
– now 2 servers
Dual Opteron 248+ or Dual Xeon 3.2 +
8GB RAM
RAID10
62 Ips per server
4 X 147GB Hot-Swap SCSI

Config #2 – now 4 servers
Dual Opteron 248+ or Dual Xeon 3.2
2GB RAM
2 X 300 GB SCSI
One server with 62 ips – others - 8 per server
Each server will consume 400-700 Gb of bandwidth at the highrst point

Config#3 -2 servers
CPU -no preference
RAM - at least 256 MB
HDD - the more the better - it's a backup server
Should have around 1Tb+ storage and will be connected only to the private network

Also I will need remote reboot and KVM for each server except backup servers.

And we plan to purchase 50 servers of type1 and type 2 and 10 backup servers within a year.

II In case of the colo option:

- We’ll need a full rack +50 Mbit to start off
- We plan to expand to 4 racks and 200 Mbit within a year.
- Colo company should have their OWN staff onsite 24/7 at a reasonably price for rare emergency situation (OS restore, hardware swap, etc.). we won’t need much support because we’ll have remote reboot ports + KVM

Optional requirements:

It would be handy in case colo company could offer contacts for their partners offering hardware at a reasonable price
Discounted licenses for Virtuozzo, Plesk and Direct Admin would be a plus, but we can purchase them ourselves.
