Default kickstart/jumpstart

How many of you use kickstart/jumpstart to install unix/linux? Do you guys know how to setup kickstart/jumpstart server?

We use kickstart method to install OS in all the machines in our local network, since it would help to have the same packages to be copied to all the systems. Its just pretty straight forward...do you face any difficulty in doing it?
