Colocation with short term hardware finance in US and EU

We are looking for company in US and EU which can finance the hardware on short term basis and provide colocation.
For eg if server hardware cost $3000 and monthly colo is $200. We can pay the hardware cost in 3 installment along with monthly colo.
We will prefer to go directly with Datacenter or company which has direct contract with datacenter. We can sign long term contract.
