RUN AWAY FAST! These guys are bogus. I placed an order on their website for 3 486x60 banners and 1 120x600. I was in a time crunch and needed a 7 day turn around because my ad campaign started on the 15th. After 48 hours I emailed them asking where my drafts were and they sent me ONE of FOUR of them and this is what I got:

As you can see, all they did was take a screen shot of my website and put some blinky text around it. After 72 hours had passed I emailed them again asking where my proofs were (they should have the final product done by now. I didn't hear back so I kept emailing them every day with no response.

After I missed my deadline on the 15th and was unable to start my ad campaign on time I had enough with this fly by night company and filed a complaint with PayPal. Last night I received the following email from Banners911 after they were threatened by PayPal:

Sorry, We are refunding your money in full due to not being able to make the deadline.
