technician kvm solution in the datacentre

Hi All,

I am looking for a new way to get our datacentre technicians connected to the network securely in the datacentre.

At the moment if they want to do any work they use a kvm in the datacentre to log onto a server then use that server to RDP onto their own pc which is in the office which they will then do their work on.

I am looking to find out how other people let their technicians connect from the data centre securely.
