From my vCenter server, I changed the IP and from then all the ESX hosts are disconnected from the vSphere. How can I fix this problem?

There is an easy solution. You have to go to the root ESX server with the SSH. Now you have to use a text editor because you have to edit /etc/opt/vmware/vpxa/vpxa.cfg. Once you get this file, change <serverIp> to your new address of the server.
Dont forget to save and changes and restart everything from the ESX management. Also you have to reboot the VirtualCenter server.
