Default rebuild question

I am planning to rebuild my poweredge2900 this weekend. current config is 2 150G in a raid0. i am going to a 4 disk(300 each) raid 5. i am using a simple ntbackup to rebuild. my question is, after i get ms server2003 up and running again, should i re-configure to a raid 5 before or after i try to restore the system state?

You should backup your data and configure the RAID array before the OS installation.
