Default How to decipher LSI Megaraid RAID status

Ok, here's the output from megacli:

Code:
Adapter 0 -- Virtual Drive Information:
Virtual Disk: 0 (target id: 0)
Name:
RAID Level: Primary-1, Secondary-3, RAID Level Qualifier-0
Size:476836MB
State: Optimal
Stripe Size: 64kB
Number Of Drives:2
Span Depth:2
Default Cache Policy: WriteThrough, ReadAheadNone, Direct, No Write Cache if Bad BBU
Current Cache Policy: WriteThrough, ReadAheadNone, Direct, No Write Cache if Bad BBU
Access Policy: Read/Write
Disk Cache Policy: Enabled
First, this is supposed to be Raid 10. Does "RAID Level: Primary-1, Secondary-3, RAID Level Qualifier-0" indicate Raid 10, and if so, why is it shown this way?

I'm assuming somehow this is showing that it is a 'mirrored' stripe, but I'm not sure what "secondary-3" actually means.
