Is there a tool that we can keep track the network cable path?

I like the Brady NetDoc it is a very versitile system / program to accomplish what you want.

Yes, NetDoc allows you to easily document horizontal and backbone cables, hardware, assets, pathways, locations and users. It can be used to print labels so new and existing assets—such as cables and ports—can be easily identified.
