Default Harddrive for server ?

What is the best hard drive for server?, We are having problem with our hard drive. It crash most often. We are having western digital now.

Any recommendation is appreciated.

Seagate's are pretty good, is it ide or scsi disks that you use?

I know some datacenters use Maxtor in their dedi's... Managed for example. But I don't know if Maxtor is good or not. Personally I have Maxtor's on my computers but you can't compare that with a high-end server.
