Default Advantage on DUAL XEON

What is the advantage of having Dual Xeon Processor?. If one of the CPU crash other CPU would take over?. Is any good guid or explanation how Dual CPU works and How to take over from other CPU?

So, It basically if one of the CPU get higher load rest of the process will be forwared to next second CPU.

Can you see big difference between Xeon 2.4 & P4 2.4 in performance?, If there is differnece, is it noticable?

yes, it is noticeable, the architecture in the Xeon is superior.
