Some of them do it with certainty:
D-Back - Backup Scheduler;
WHG FTP Backup (using Cron job);
Acebackup - Convenient Scheduler.

Just set up a daily schedule on WS_FTP pro, and you're good to go.
It's been working for me, on a personal level, for the last year +/-

I never knew that WS_FTP support this. It would be awsome feature. Can we download multiple domains backup?.

Schedule however many things you want. Upload, download, whatever tickles your taste buds.
