Default OEM Support

Would anyone recommend using a 3rd party service company to provide hardware and software support instead of the OEM?

I have heard different stories about doing this.

I have Cisco, EMC, IBM, and Dell gear.

Yes, in today's world, where cost is a major factor affecting productivity, I would recommend using thrid-party firms rather than OEM support.Well, with a third-service we can reduce the maintenance service cost without affecting the quality.

There are third party maintenance service firms providing parts to OEMs. These thrid-party firms have a broader range of sources for parts compared to OEMs. This is because they are not bound to the same process limitations as OEMs.

These third part firms provide all the necessary technical support for the firmware/software/necessary updates etc..
