Can you please provide the reason that, how come internap bandwidth is very expensive compare to peer1. I am really curious on this.

What Mesonix says ... Internap is a lot more expensive than Peer1. However, at such a low commit (10 Mbps), I can guarantee you that it's the lowest price for a non-oversold Internap.
