Asset/Rack Management Tool

Hi, could anyone advise on a cheap (even free) asset management tool that could be used to manage infrastructure and assets within the Data Centre.

Have seen products such as Nlyte but its a bit expensive for our budget.

Looking to manage a single DC with around 35 - 50 racks installed
