Default Receommended Datacenter Hardware?

I can see that datacenter reliability depends on hardware such as routers and servers hardwares. What would you recommend as reliable hardware.

Much more hardware's are available on the market. For Unix usage (SUN, IBM (as400, i-serious and p-serious)HP and CG, for SCO unix, HP, Dell and IBM. For
routers depend on your usage, If you plan to have Enterprise Level then better to have enterprise level routers like Cisco 12000 serious, Juniper and Nortel
routers. These very reliable and most of the enterprise level datacenters keep these hardwares.

Thank You

Blindly buying Cisco is no longer a dilligent choice. Juniper's offerings are superior in many ways to Cisco's product line, and the number of tier-1 carriers and large datacenters who bet their business on Juniper products speaks to that.

I'd never take advice from anyone who said "100% Cisco," simply because they aren't taking time time to evaluate alternatives; or don't have the knowledge and experience to do so.

jeffsw6 - Their is notting worng with cisco powered networks as most of the big compines still used them. Now cisco is the oldest networking company out their so i will go with the company that started it all, not a 'baby' company.
