Default How to calculate co-lo service fee ?

co-lo will include a lot of facilities include power consumption and cooling. I am wondering how people out there calculate the service fee to charge from customer ?

Default Colocation Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

Typically the cost includes space, power, and cross connects. More advanced firms look at these costs in terms of total cost as a function of power, expressed as $/KW.
