I prefer PuTTY.

openSSH on linux, putty on windows

SSH Secure Shell (www.ssh.com) on Windows machines.

Konsole on SuSE machines (no reason for anything else.. great inbuilt client)

Putty 100%. On windows I do either a RDT or I SSH into my FreeBSD server and then Do a telnet into the server. I like this because you can do telnet and then you only allow traffic from the network so its very secure.
