Default Everything about Data Center ?

follow techspec : TIA -942

Tier 1, 2, 3, 4: re-comment Tier 3 plus

Power: 2 source (2PDU)
UPS: N + 1, not need 2N - for backup and save price
Cooling: 2N - If you need 80KW for your DC, you must have 4 PAC 40KW, 40KW + 1 running and 40KW + 1 backup and while one 40KW down u have 2 PAC 40KW backup
Raise floor: only for NOC, Server room and Network Room, not need for M&E room
Fire system: follow Raise Floor, u must design Fire System to The Area.
Cabling running inside Raise Floor: re-comment, not front of PAC flow maybe stop the air-cool flow
etc....

Power calculator: How much Rack, how about power capacity of 1 Rack, lighting, fire alarm, access control
Cooling calculator: follow power calculator and DC area

IBM and Dell, HP, SUN have power calculator

Default Everything about data center?

Data centers are simply centralized locations where computing and networking equipment is concentrated for the purpose of collecting, storing, processing and distributing and allow access for a large amount of data. A business typically relies heavily upon the applications, services, and data contained with a data center. Data centers serve as the principal repositories for all manner of IT equipment, including servers, routers, and firewalls. Moreover, a data center must also contain an adequate infrastructure.
