Default Batch File for server shut off

For my server, I want to make a command of batch file to shut it down. My server is SB2 2003 connected. I dont know how to write such command for my server. Any help will be great.

Here is command you need for the shut down:
shutdown –m \\computername –f –c “Computer is shutting down in 120 seconds. Please save any work in progress” –t 120
I am guessing your server is connected to the UPS and you are using Windows operating system/ device. Write this command to a notepad and save it as shutdown.bat file. After that, make sure your UPS software can run that file and your command will be executed.
