Lightbulb What are the best VOIP systems for small business?

Not to slam Vonage but two lines are just not going to cut it for micro to small business. This is the largest segment of businesses in most metros and their budgets interest them in VOIP but their needs are the same as larger businesses.

Does anyone have any input as to companies that offer beefier solutions or third party products that allow at the least sending the two phone lines to multiple phones?

Joseph

All I use for my business is Skype. I have an incoming line and an outgoing connection and all this for 1/3 the price of a land line. Why would I ever go back?

Take a look at the Epygi Quadro series SIP-based IP systems for small businesses. Super cost-effective, you get to pick your phones (Snom, Polycom, etc.) and it has many more features included at no charge than most of the other systems out there.

Hello Trochta,

I am using VoIP services for my small business. My VoIP provider is The Real PBX. I have found them good and so far my experience has been excellent. You may also check with them.

Default I suggest you

If you are looking for simple voip solution then you have to trust me.
I have used many in the past but the one I can recommend to others is Voipography with their PBX on the cloud, Your visitors are in direct connection by click2dial, Your dynamic auto attendant in your hand, your whole sale voice termination, and your secured voice telephony , all in one platform, absolutely the best .
