Default Optimizing energy efficiency and facility performance question

Here is our check list to optimizing energy efficient data center, anything else we need to consider?

Airflow Management
Air Handler Systems
Humidification
Mechanical: Plant Optimization
IT Equipment: Selection
Electrical Infrastructure
Lighting
Decommisioning
Virtualization

Economizers may also be added to the list as they bring down cooling cost drastically.by using fluid economizer,you need not even spend on humidifiers.

by buying devices of the right capacity/ rating also brings down the power consumption. for eg., if you buy a server which is capable of withstanding thrice as much as the required load, it unnecessarily draws more power than a smaller capacity server.
