Yea it does miss out on many data centers but to get Datacenters added you may have to contact the Admin of the site.

Good information. I am sure this would have help many. And most of the guys do not have much knowledge on data centers. This will slowly gain momentum in the third world countries. Because most of the locations are in the developed countries. This situation should change.
