Not sure if i picked the right forum but was wondering what suggestions you have when picking a DataCenter Service Provider. Who are the industry leaders? This would be for data housing for a Data Room and Fund Raising. I have heard of FirmEx, Intralinks...any other missing any? Thanks for your time!

Google "compare virtual data room" and the first result will give you plenty of results...more interestingly, you can compare the features side-by-side.
