Latest routing algorithms?

What is the latest alogorithm there to give more efficient in routing table?. Does anyone know about it?.

higher efficiency specifically on the routing table would be ospf or igrp because they use more information

there are so many routing algorithms being proposed with time but the most common and good one are is-is and ospf as far as i know.
