A idea for useful topics

From time to time we are getting to get questions that cause topics people are likely to want to refer to a again. Anyway, we cannot stick all these topics so how does the suggestion sound of creating a one topic that list useful topics and points to them and we make this topic sticky. This should also reduce repeat questions.

I guess FAQ is good idea, but we can make it together with articles, resources and FAQ. We will do very soon. Thank You for your input guys.
