Default NAS or SAN?

I have some questions to ask:
1. Which one is better, NAS or SAN?
2. Best manufacturing device? HP, Synology etc?
I am opening a medium sized business so please suggest me what would be perfect.

hello,
SAN or NAS- whatever you use it depends on the ability which you are looking for your business. Each have their features that can match your expectations. For example: SAN has deduplication and asynch replication. For device I suggest to use HP. I personally used Hp along with SAN and its really good. Also I suggest to use SAN. It is good for almost any kind of business.
