Our location is 4000 sq. ft. with 1000 sq ft of space in Mississauga. A suburb of Toronto, Canada. We host a few hundred servers here easily but our main focus is private rack colocation.

Big Questions -
Power is it clean, how many sub stations how far from generation?
Do you have another water and or space for cooling
Generators are big and heavy
How many watts per Sqft do you need this is the starting point for the rest...
Data centers dont have to be massive any more but they need to be dense and built on solid legs.

We have a 8 story building in downtown Fort Worth Tx, Each floors are approx 9000 sqft. And we are more of a telco hotel rather than commercial colocation facility as we are sitting on the most fiber rich location.

Real Owner of a company or any big group are always hidden and they show others party so you can't reach the real DC Owner.
