Default Which Markets Are Seeing Space Shortages?

In a recent thread on the NANOG mailing list, a network manager described difficulty finding appropriate data center space in the North Jersey market. Which U.S. markets are experiencing shortages of quality data center space? I'd be interested in hearing the experience of other forum members.

I would love to see that Gartner report. Do you know where I can get a copy?
