Seeking EU server

Looking for a single dedicated box in europe. Requirements are as follows:

At least 2.5 Ghz CPU
at least 1 GB RAM
bandwidth: about 150GB per month
hard drive space is not an issue, smallest will suffice, 10-40 GB
require a 100mbit port

The requirements that have lead us to trouble in this search have been the necessity for european hosting, and mostly, the necessity for windows xp sp2. Looking for a host in europe who will accept these parameters, or one who will allow the installation of any operating system on their servers.

We are looking for cheap hosting, thank you for any suggestions or offers.

Thank you for your reply, however that option, as a package, seems to cover more than our needs require. We are looking for a simple server box limited to out bandwidth specifications on a reasonably good backbone, as you seem to possess. We are looking to spend up to 200 USD, but would want to go as cheaply as possible. My sense is that we are talking about two entirely separate "service types." That what we are looking for is some type of service different, or perhaps not as intensive as, the plan you suggested.

If someone wouldnt mind explaining this distinction to me, that would be most appreciated. In shopping around on "dedicated server" sites, it seems there are some in the 300-700$ range, and others below $100, yet the differences do not seem that striking. Does this have to do with the bandwidth limitations?
