Requirement:
1 full rack (42u or more)
PREMIUM BANDWIDTH PROVIDER / MIX (Savvis and Level3)
24/7 support
NO COGENT

Location:

Extras:
WHM / Cpanel so that i may resell
Direct Admin to resell

Also, Tech / admin prices should be added.
I would like to do a RAMP (30mbit at the begginning then 100mbit after)

I can offer you a full rack (44U) with 15A for $1200/mo in TELEHOUSE located at 25 Broadway in downtown Manhattan. I can go down to $60/Mbit for 30Mbit. On a full 100Mbit I can do $40/Mbit. Per our discussion last week, Black Lotus will offer 42U + 40A/110V at $450/mo plus 30 Mbps of pure Level(3)/GBLX at $50/Mbps with Cpanel licenses at an additional $29/mo.

Hi jeff, What makes your DC any different then the others? Why should i choose Black Lotus??? Same with everyone else. I get "special" offers or "special" deals from everyone but the only real difference i am seeing is $50.00..

black lotus -> 1950.00 - 29.00 for cpanel
Burstnet -> 1995.00 - 19.95 for cpanel
Sitesouth -> 2450.00 - 39.00 for cpanel

All with premium bandwidth- 30mbps and all with a rack.
