Default Decrypting data recovery

My machine was attacked by Trojan virus and I recovered some files which was in HTML and HTM type. But after the recovery all the files are showing like this:
BO~_y}•lΩVS)e%aٯF'b ...1Y>f@U##
How can I view these files in HTML or HTM format?

I dont know what kind of recovery software you used to recover your files. But you can use a different one which may work. You can use partition recovery, runtime and other softwares which seems to be working fine.
If you are using a free version software then you might not view the files like it was before. So, you can try paid versions of the software as well. But the risk is, because you formatted the drive, some of the files may not be the same.
