Currently run ~22k sq ft, and have just got sign off for another 9k sq ft to be built out by the end of the year so a fair bit

Obviously I can't go into the exact commercials, but one of the key things is to work with a reliable project manager, amazing electricians and also a very good building company

People generally tend to get very focused on the technology side, where as you really need to take a bigger picture view.

You should be able to check with city if you really want to find out. Though it shouldn't really be to hard to figure these thing out. You just need do a record search.

We are currently in 8 different locations and while we have consider to get our DC there are a lot of issues such as ease of fiber in the area.

Hi Schumi,

So you will have a data center which is 31k sq ft in size. That is pretty impressive. How would you rank that? Small, Medium Or Large data center?

Jamesb,

I'd rank that as a mid sized data centre. In comparison to some of the other facilities I've worked in which span 100,000 sq ft +

100k is certainly massive. How many people were employed full time at that data center and how many servers would actually be located in such as large data center?
