Default Server Tools

There are a lot of server tools out there, and some of them are even free. Has anyone here used SharEnum or Nagios? If so, would you recommend them, or is there something you like better?

Nagios has a huge following and I highly recommend it; never heard of SharEnum.

I agree, Nagios. What kind of functionality are you looking for? Monitoring or management, or both?
