Default Power suppy units suggestion

Im trying to upgrade my 2u power supply. I'm looking for suggestions.i am currently using a supermicro 300w.

But not only is it nearly impossible to find this PSU anymore but we need something that is closer to 400w to play it safe. We looked at the 400w supermicro but they put the fan on the top and that wont work for us in our rackmount cases.
