You will need at least $500-$700 for a mechanism that will act as your server for 2 TB of space. It will hold over 150 users, I hope the number matches your company. You can get a RAID1 for the 2 TB memory. QNAP TS-251 is really good for this kind of situation. I personally used it for my office and it supported me well.
