I can help you out, but will need more information. Answers to the questions that others have posted will help out. My company stocks new and used hardware and I have a "low end" FC solution in mind - HP's MSA1000. This is an inexpensive entry-level SAN storage unit. Again, will need more info to see if this is even a viable solution for what you need. The MSA1000 is a 14-bay drive enclosure with up to two RAID controllers per. It can scale out to several other 14-bay enclosures. Connectivity is 2GB FC to the MSA.
