Default floor loading and raised floors

I'm putting some battery cabinets on a raised floor. The raised floor is good, but the deck beneath is insufficient to support that much weight in one place; so the weight needs to be distributed.

If it were up to me, I'd run a longer I-beam under each row of raised floor tiles, and support the beam with one screw jack beneath every tile. A firm that does datacenter environmental modifications provided a quote to do something similar, and it seemed very high. I had the beams under my house replaced with I-beams for a third of what they quoted.

Should I be looking at a specialized company, or some kind of general contractor to do bracing and load distribution from a raised floor to the deck beneath?
