I forgot to mention in my earlier post, notification to admin's are done in multiple ways - email and SMS(text messaging). Also, alerts are multi layered in the sense that non-critical messages are sent to network staffs only, but if they are un resloved for a certain period of time, they are escalted to admin level. Critical messages are sent to network staffs as well as admins im################y.
