Default Where is the most disaster safe zone for Disaster Recovery hosting?
Where are the most disaster free areas in the US - Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, Idaho, Eastern Washington? How about in the world?

If no data center can be located in a truly disaster-free zone, then what catastrophe is the easiest to deal with?
