If I had the choice, i'd build mine in Houston or somewhere in Montana, where noone is near and the chance of something outside affecting my servers, is few and far between. People that host theirs in cold climates would be the worst off, in my opinion. I wonder how they can have server farms in Northern Canada? I know of a few hosts that have theirs in -30* winters!
