Looking for servers in the following areas: Chicago, Dallas (or Houston), Southern California, Northern California, Elsewhere.

I currently have servers in chicago, dallas, seattle, new york - I already am set and happy with who I'm with in Seattle and New York and don't need anything there.

I do, however want to upgrade Chicago and Texas and am shopping California.. These will be game servers and probably some web as well, so I need the most relable bandwidth for the gaming boxes and I prefer rent to own hardware with 12 month terms. If you can offer a decent deal I don't mind signing an agreement or purchasing multiple servers right away.

I'm also open to other areas if the bandwidth is great and you offer rent to own.
